Rams Connect is a space for CSU College of Business students, alumni, and industry professionals to connect, share experiences, and mentor one another.
All users, from first-semester undergrads to senior leaders in industry, can offer and/or seek support from others on the platform to build community and gain insights into career paths and possibilities.
On Rams Connect, mentoring and connection happens at all levels—from student-to-professional to student-to-student or even alumni-to-alumni. This dynamic structure allows all participants to learn and grow from one another, while also providing an opportunity for professionals and alumni to give back to their community or alma mater.

Types of Help & Mentoring
Rams Connect offers users the ability to exchange messages for quick questions and help on topics such as how to grow your network and who to reach out to, or resume and interview tips.
Users also have the opportunity to engage in more in-depth, real-time conversations with a mentor on things like how to get involved and gain experience, advice on navigating the job search, or strategies for career advancement.

Ready to Join Rams Connect?
Registration is easy! Just head over to Rams Connect and click the “Get Started” button to create your profile.
Current students, select the “Student ID” sign in option to log in with your CSU NetID.
As you create your profile, we recommend including:
- Summary
- Location
- All education experiences
- Three most recent work experiences
(add more if you’d like!) - Identity information
(as you’re comfortable sharing)
