What to know about internships

Internships posted on Handshake are majority paid. This can vary by industry.

Internships are commonly during summer, though opportunities exist during semesters.

57% of College of Business undergraduate students complete at least one internship.

Getting an internship

Internships can be found through Handshake, Career Fairs, networking, and more!

Recruiting for interns begins in Fall semester for summer, with some industries/companies recruiting in Spring.

Junior year (or earlier) is a great time to intern.
