>> My name is Gayle [assumed spelling] Lala [phonetic spelling], and I'm a senior project manager at Greener By Design right in the heart of New Brunswick. It's a consulting firm that primarily is focused on environmental projects. Our trademark is Environmental Asset Management, and we have a variety of very interesting clients. While we really don't have an average client, they're usually a hodgepodge, but some of our biggest clients are large terminal shippers that are interested in becoming more environmentally friendly or a municipality that's interested in economic development or looking at incentives and different sustainability measures for their community. My day-to-day is pretty hectic, and I never know what can happen on a daily basis. It's usually on the fly, but usually it encompasses conference calls with various clients or meetings with clients that could be municipalities or corporations throughout New Jersey, New York, and the tri-state area. Well, our office is open from 9 to 5, and I have the opportunity to kind of work a flexible schedule depending on if we have events or conferences. Some of those events could be in Washington, D.C. and include a lot of networking with public officials and so forth. So it's pretty flexible, but our day-to-day emails, phone calls, meetings are usually between 9 to 5. It's definitely a catch phrase, sustainability, going green or green washing, but in terms of sustainability it really depends on what a personal objective is. It could be anything from low-hanging fruit from just looking at simple things like gliding, or it could be looking at new technologies or just looking at the whole portfolio of everything that you could possibly look at for going sustainable.
