>> My name is a Benjamin Lockhart. For a living, what I do is I'm the regional business manager for enterprise holdings for the Los Angeles metro area. Enterprise holdings, just looking at the rental car side of the business, is $20 billion of revenue a year. In terms of the Los Angeles, maybe southern California market, it's a billion dollars of revenue. So, 5% of the company rests here in southern California. I mean, really, it boils down to three things. It's fiduciary responsibility, cost containment, and employee development. And the way that I look at those three pieces are I'm the financial bodyguard for out sales force. I make sure that we're doing things ethically, that we're doing them correctly, and that our financial statements are accurate. That's kind of my core competency. Cost containment is essentially where my value proposition lies in terms of we're going to identify areas of opportunity, areas of efficiency, and really potential areas to reduce our overall cost structure. And then employee development. It's not just my team that I'm responsible for, but it's also middle management new employees and higher level management looking for promotional opportunities. And those are things that I take really seriously.
