>> My name is Cassie Vincent and I work for Gallo Wine Company. My title is manager of sales development and my job has about two main functions. The first function is training and developing the managers and the sales people within our organization both in field and basically through classroom type trainings. The second major portion of the job is doing more data-driven analytics and making sure that we're selling more than we sold last year, making sure that our brands are healthy and continuing to grow our business through basically the data that I can collect and gather, and then create direction for our sales team. So a day in the life is probably two to three days out in the field working with sales people or managers basically in field training. The other two to three days, depending on the week, would be in an office doing some of that data-driven type analytics to create the direction. Some of the work that I do is creating seminars to train our management staff better. That's creating topics that I've seen as an opportunity within the organization. That if we train people a little bit better, we can get better results out of them and continue to grow and develop them. And then some of that is reviewing presentations, providing the data to the area managers who then come with presentations and I review, grade them, and kind of tweak them to make them the best they can be before we pull people out of the field to do these types of trainings.
