Hello, my name is Matthew and I am in human resources. So I am specifically a coordinator, which means I handle a few more administrative tasks than people relations. So in human resources you think of it as we're trying to hold off liability for the company as well as kind of maintain a good place, a good environment, for people to work in. And so the split between that is the liability for the company. A lot of times we're doing unemployment claims or we're looking at corrective action or trying to just to mitigate performance, 'cause we are at a, I work at a contact center, a call center, so trying to make sure that performance for the agents is on key with our clients. And so a lot of what I do is more of the I help the team leads or the team managers make sure that their disciplinary actions are in order and that they're correct going down the line. They all understand the attendance policy and how to use the paid time-off policy and things like that. But otherwise other projects could include trying to build a report that shows our attrition or termination rates, so that we can say how can we keep people longer? Are we looking at our benefits structure? Are we looking at our pay structures compared to the rest of the country or that region that we're in to try and make a better workplace to draw people in and keep them there. So those are long-term projects that you could work annually or even quarterly, depending on what's going on at the time.
