>> My name is Joe Huddle. I work for a very large executive search firm called DHR International, where I wear two hats. One primarily I'm responsible for building and growing my own practice and then the other hat that I wear is helping to lead our industrial practice globally. So DHR for better or for worse is the fifth largest executive search firm. We're probably the most global in terms of our geographic coverage. So we have over 50 offices in most major geographic regions that you can think of. We're a large executive search firm so our clients retain us to go find executives to be placed within their companies. Every day is pretty much atypical, which is why I enjoy it. You have no idea what each day is going to bring you so for example tomorrow I'll be in Dallas, next week I'll be in Atlanta for a couple of days, the week after I'll be in Chicago. Last week I was in Pennsylvania, Cleveland. So I'm either traveling or I'm stationary. I'm either working in an office in Washington D.C. or in my home office or the office in which I'm based which is New York. I work with light and heavy industrial manufacturing and industrial distribution companies and some consumer products manufactures. So my clients are either privately held or publicly traded organizations where I've been, again retain either by the CEO of the company or the divisional president or an HR executive to go find them a senior vice president of operations or a division president or a VP of finance and so my job and my team look for those individuals and the majority of my time with respect to traveling is interviewing candidates for these particular assignments, meeting with clients, or some sort of business development effort in which I'm just going out and networking.
