On-Campus Recruiting Events

We offer several on-campus recruiting events each semester, including our College of Business Career Fair. Two people review a document together at a career fair, with other attendees talking and visiting employer tables in the background.
Two people are seated indoors facing each other in a conversation. One person on the left wears a purple button‑down shirt with the face intentionally blurred, while the other person appears in the foreground on the right in a light-colored top, slightly out of focus, suggesting an interview or discussion setting in a neutral, well-lit room.

Mentoring

The College of Business has launched a new multi-faceted networking and engagement platform called Rams Connect which provides students, alumni, and industry professionals an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and mentor one another. Two signature components of this platform are flash mentoring and group communities which will elevate connectivity within our College of Business community. Visit Rams Connect to get started!

Micro-Internships with Parker Dewey

Micro-Internships are short-term paid projects perfect for students looking to gain real-world experience without the time commitment of a traditional internship. If you just need some immediate help on projects because you or your team is overloaded, this is a great option. Visit for more information on micro-internships at CSU and to see project examples

Two people are inside a glass-walled finance lab known as a “Fishbowl,” surrounded by multiple Bloomberg Terminals. One person sits at a workstation with several monitors displaying financial data, charts, and market interfaces, using a keyboard and control pad typical of Bloomberg systems. Another person stands nearby wearing a purple long-sleeve shirt and points toward one of the screens. Rows of terminals, monitors, and financial technology equipment are visible in the background, indicating a hands-on learning space for finance students.
