Rams Connect for Career-Ready Clubs
Rams Connect is the College of Business’s mentoring and connection platform, bringing together CSU alumni, industry professionals, and fellow students.
All Career-Ready Clubs are required to utilize Rams Connect to support career readiness for their members, grow their organization, and engage with the CSU business community.
Benefits of Using Rams Connect as a Career-Ready Club
- Post updates and announcements – Share club news, meetings, and events with both undergraduate and graduate students.
- Promote events – Easily post and manage events to boost participation and visibility.
- Recruit new members – Attract new students through marketing and promotion.
- Identify employer connections – Connect with industry professionals open to guest speaking opportunities on the platform.
- Connect with a powerful network – Engage with alumni, industry professionals, and fellow students to expand your connections.
- Enhance professional development – Gain access to mentorship, career insights, and industry trends.
Using Rams Connect as a Career-Ready Club
First, you must register with Rams Connect if you are not already. To register, go to Rams Connect and click the “Get Started” button to create your profile.
Select the “Student ID” sign in option to log in with your CSU NetID.
Include the following in your profile:
- Summary
- Location
- All education experiences
- Three most recent work experiences
(add more if you’d like!) - Identity information
(as you’re comfortable sharing)
Next, access the College of Business Student Organization group in Rams Connect.
All undergraduate and graduate students in the platform are already added to the group.
Post your organization’s events each semester on the Events tab so all group members can see your club’s schedule.
Post club updates and announcements to the feed, including recruitment content and promotions like club news, upcoming meets, and future events.
Search for industry professionals and alumni that are willing to serve as guest speakers in club meetings.
