Continuing vs New Employment

Many MBA graduates leverage their degree to advance within their current organization. ‘Continuing with current employer’ refers to graduates who remain in their existing role rather than accepting a new position.
The data presented comes from the 2023-2024 First Destination Survey administered by Colorado State University following best practices set by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). All graduating students are encouraged to respond to the First Destination Survey as part of the Graduation Ready process. Data is collected for 180 days post-graduation.
