Employer Office Hours
Recruiting great talent starts with building real relationships on campus. Employer Office Hours is a curated program through the CSU College of Business Career Management Center that connects your team directly with COB students in a structured, conversation-driven format.
Unlike traditional tabling, Office Hours are designed for depth. Your recruiters and professionals will have the space and the setup to go beyond sharing job postings. You can talk with students about your industry, your company culture, what the path from internship to full-time actually looks like, and what you look for in candidates at every stage. These are the conversations that build your recruiting brand on campus over time and create space for tangible takeaways like resume and interview tips, career readiness guidance and more.
