Accountant Job Duties and Requirement

  • Normalize company accounting procedures to ensure accounting systems being compliance with generally accepted auditing standards, Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal accounting management. Evaluate internal and make recommendations to supervisor
  • Responsible for generate monthly and yearly financial statements. Month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial/accounting statements, or other accounting reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Control and Analyze accounting operations, analyze trends, costs, revenues, obligations and problems, Project forecast accounting statement, provide financial/accounting advice for management.
  • Set-up ERP accounting and make improvement constantly. Guide book keeper by assign jobs, monitoring activities and answering questions. Recommend process improvement and procedures where necessary. Ensure accounting records are accurate and track activity consistent with budget goals
  • Monitor payments for compliance with company policy and reconcile vendor statements.Monitoring document of payable invoice process and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.Review all payments including checks, wires, ACH payments
  • Review and control account of receivable, Create & Send invoices to customers and follow up with all payments on a daily basis
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns, Schedule Federal and State tax deposit on a quarterly basis
  • Process Payroll through ADP for 20+ employees
  • Monitor Asset and depreciation schedule on a monthly basis
  • Determine and maintain record of assets, liabilities, depreciation, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial and accounting activities.
  • Records, process, and reconcile sales invoices, reconcile customer Accounts on a timely basis. Ensure the approval, accuracy, and timeliness of receivable account while maintaining established service levels.

Perform physical count on inventory at a reasonable period

  • Other jobs and duties may be assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, majored in U.S. university preferred. Minimum 3+ years Accountants Receivable working experience required. 1+ years full-time working experience as A/R accountant in U.S. required
  • Strong PC skills, such as Excel, Word are required. Good knowledge and 2+ year working experience with ERP system, such as Quickbooks, SAP and E2.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance analyze reports to assist operations, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and responsible characteristic.
  • Full Accounting knowledge and skills, include administrative discipline and data organization skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with people in good oral & written English and Chinese.
  • Full-time Job, 40 working hours in office required,
