Your Role.
As part of Marketing’s Demand Management team, the marketing intelligence intern will focus on analysis of the Plante Moran customer journey, including campaign performance, lead research and qualification, lead nurture, and data integrity. Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Conduct and support market intelligence research, summarizing analysis from research and marketing data to inform marketing strategies
- Research, develop and share relevant best practices, trends and new opportunities for nurturing engaged audiences.
- Research and analysis of the Plante Moran customer journey
- Research and analyze engaged leads to determine fit for firm services, aligned with defined ideal client profiles and criteria
- Document and maintain data integrity and standardization related to leads, contacts, and organizations in our firm CRM system
- Assist with communications and data transfer with our telemarketing vendor, including post-campaign monitoring
The qualifications.
- Pursing a B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
- Ability to use free and paid research sources to compile data and reports, with accompanying analysis, for specific markets, organizations, and/or individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and effective communications (verbal and written)
- Active listener and facilitator of information
- Strong presentation skills
- MS Office experience
- Knowledge of various marketing technologies including CRM and marketing automation platforms

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
