Leprino Foods is seeking a Part-Time/On-Call HR Admin to join our team! Leprino is the world’s largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world’s largest food companies, restaurant chains, and distributors.
At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $20 and $22 per hour depending on experience/years of education. This is a perfect role for an individual who is looking for a flexible work schedule as this work can be tailored around your schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist HR Generalist with planning to ensure proper non-exempt staffing levels.
- Screen applications and conduct pre-employment phone screens and schedule on-site interviews.
- Coordinate completion of all recruitment and new hire processes.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of orientation process for new employees.
- Electronically file records to employee files such as personnel, safety, training, legal, and medical files.
You Have At Least (Minimum Qualifications):
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled student completing their studies in Business, preferably with a Human Resources Management concentration.
- Strong clerical, organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and high level of customer service and confidentiality.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task a dynamic workload with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while working independently.
- Consistent timely and proactive follow-up.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
