Project Coordinator – Product Marketing & Business Development

Josh.ai is looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing organization to help change the way people are interacting with their living spaces. You’ll be based in Denver, CO, to play a critical role in facilitating and streamlining our business initiatives, product marketing, project management, and general company growth. This is a junior role within our business development team, perfect for someone looking to establish themselves in a fast-moving startup with ample learning and growth opportunities along the way.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support product marketing and business development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion efforts.
  • Manage email and social calendars, and the execution of communications campaigns for multiple audience demographics.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, product messaging, and sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinate the execution of in-person and virtual events.
  • Help with daily business functions when needed. Be a team player with the flexibility to jump into help with everything from shipping to organizing the office and data entry.

Required Skills & Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Extensive product and industry training is provided as part of the onboarding process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and internal reporting.
  • Budget Management: Overseen and allocated budgets for trade shows, video shoots, or other events while ensuring cost efficiency, accurate forecasting, and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, project coordination, and business growth principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HootSuite, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics
  • Prior work/internship experience in project coordination, product marketing, business development, or a related role.
  • Video production and graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with technical products and/or teams.
