Job description
In this role, you will be mentored by senior professionals but also entrusted with client responsibilities and afforded substantial autonomy to complete your work. You will be responsible for contributing to client engagements. You will work in our office, remotely and on-site with clients while developing your leadership, client management and relationship skills.
Typical client projects include: (1) Regulatory risk assessments; (2) Policy and procedure design, redesign and implementation; (3) Examination support and preparation; (4) Post-exam remediation; (5) Ongoing compliance support; and (6) Regulatory marketing and advertising reviews.
This is for May 2026 graduates only.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior Iron Road Partners professionals in all aspects of client engagements.
- Managing clients and projects including defining scope, creating project plans, executing projects, analyzing results, designing solutions and preparing deliverables.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and regulatory risks and designing solutions to mitigate risk while facilitating the client’s current business processes.
- Supporting clients in the creation of policies, procedures, processes and disclosures designed to facilitate their business.
- Building knowledge capital through research and development and leveraging industry insights to deliver expertise to clients.
- Providing ongoing compliance services to clients including support of compliance software platforms, completion of testing, annual compliance reviews, and preparation of annual regulatory filings.
Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree required; preferably in finance, accounting or economics.
- Demonstrated interest in financial services and consulting.
- A keen intellectual curiosity and sense of drive.
- Client-service orientation with the ability to work in teams.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated through school and/or work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to respect deadlines.
