Responsibilities
As a Summer Intern for Facilities Management with Hines, you will work alongside Programs and Project Management leadership to assit with various tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- EHS Xantara Monthly Records Tracking and Close Out Assistance
- IAQ Pilot Program record review of monthly reporting
- Purchase Order creations utilizing Coupa procure to pay
- Hines Efficient Practices Recordkeeping Assistance
- Weekend Activity Report Assistance
- JPMC Processes Training (Service Now, Critical Incident Reporting etc.)
- Support development of Shared Savings artifacts and process workflow in SharePoint / Smartsheet
- Support project management tracking and budgetary expenses for client review and updates
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Students from any academic discipline will be considered; however, a strong interest in real estate/business is required
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage his/her time, resources and coordinate multiple projects
- Interpersonal and relationship building ability
- Current Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will be considered.
- Compensation: $28/hr
