Ford AV is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist (Recruiting) to support and enhance our talent acquisition efforts across the U.S. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions—including technicians, engineers, project managers, sales professionals, and corporate roles—while also helping to build strategic sourcing pipelines, enhance employer branding, and support general HR initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and hire top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Post and optimize job listings across platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, and professional networks to grow our talent pipeline.
- Represent Ford AV at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences.
- Conduct reference checks and administer pre-employment assessments.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR functions (preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and large groups, in-person and virtually.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and online job posting best practices.
- Strong networking abilities with a focus on relationship-building.

Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this role play a pivotal role in ensuring job performance and success. The employee will be engaged in extended periods of sitting while operating a wide range of office equipment. While the work primarily involves sedentary tasks, there may be occasions that call for standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. It is essential for employees to possess proficiency in utilizing standard office tools like computers, printers, and telephones. Furthermore, adequate manual dexterity and eyesight are necessary to effectively handle tasks involving reading, writing, interpreting, and managing paperwork with precision and efficiency. In a typical office setting, the employee will communicate and engage with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental conditions. Although the role mainly takes place indoors, there might be occasional exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold and environmental elements.
