Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to support the sourcing, attraction, and selection of high-quality job candidates. Partner with hiring managers and assist search committees throughout the search process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Additionally, implement innovative programs to bolster a strong employer brand, engage prospective employees, and align talent acquisition practices with the College’s commitments. Responsibilities
• Guide hiring managers and search teams in designing effective recruitment plans and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Oversee the accuracy and compliance of job postings and maintain thorough documentation of recruitment activities. Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruitment, candidate assessment, and pre-boarding.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and diversity in hiring. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze hiring trends and provide strategic insights to the AVP of Talent Acquisition & Development to improve recruitment processes, outcomes, and resources (including training for various stakeholders).
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines. Establish partnerships with external organizations and leverage platforms like job boards and social media to enhance sourcing efforts. Represent the college at job fairs and recruiting events to attract top talent.
• Promote a strong employer brand through engaging website updates, job boards, and social media. Conduct information sessions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with the College’s mission, vision, and values.
• Assist with pre-employment processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork. Monitor recruitment budgets, process invoices, and support special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Three years of experience specific to talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System such as PageUp.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
• $66,514 to $81,480 per year
