About Cloud Coach
Cloud Coach is a Salesforce-native Project Management, Client Onboarding, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform used by services teams globally. Following our acquisition of JustOn in 2025, we are now a 60+ person global organization operating across North America and Europe, headquartered in downtown Fort Collins, CO.
As we scale, strong operational infrastructure is critical. We’re looking for a motivated college student to join our team and grow with us.
The Role
This isn’t your typical internship. You’ll be the operational backbone of our downtown Fort Collins office — keeping things running smoothly day to day — while also rotating through every department at Cloud Coach. From Customer Success and Sales to Product and Professional Services, you’ll shadow each team, contribute to live projects, and figure out where you want to grow.
You’ll kick off with structured training on Salesforce and the Cloud Coach platform, giving you hands-on exposure to the tools that power our business. And if you find yourself particularly drawn to one department during your rotation, there’s real potential to deepen your focus there over time.
You’ll report to HR and work closely with our team across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Office & Business Operations (Your Core)
- Coordinate employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and team celebrations — the details that make a culture
- Support internal events and company-wide initiatives from logistics to follow-through
- Keep the office running: restock snacks, coordinate team lunches, and make sure the space feels welcoming
- Handle ad hoc office and administrative needs as they come up — no two weeks look the same
Salesforce & Cloud Coach Training (First Weeks)
- Complete structured onboarding training on Salesforce — the platform powering our product and internal operations
- Learn Cloud Coach firsthand: how it works, how customers use it, and how our teams use it daily
- Build foundational skills that apply across every department you’ll rotate through
Cross-Departmental Rotation
- Rotate through Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Product, and HR — shadowing each team and contributing to real projects
- Take on short-term work in each department — not busy work, but actual deliverables
- Participate in team meetings to see how each function operates and makes decisions
Who We’re Looking For
Required
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in-person in our downtown Fort Collins office
Nice to Have
- Prior Salesforce exposure or interest in CRM/SaaS tools
- Experience with spreadsheets or basic data analysis
- Prior internship, part-time work, or campus leadership experience
- Interest in HR, operations, consulting, or business strategy

Compensation & Perks
- $18/hour
- 15-20 hours/week, with schedule flexibility built around your schedule
