Job Title: HubSpot Projects Intern
Location: Remote or Hybrid (office located in Fort Collins, CO)
Position Type: Internship (15-20 hours per week)
Role Overview: As a HubSpot Projects Intern, you will be crucial in supporting the implementation and optimization of HubSpot across various internal projects. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Template Creation: Design and develop email templates within HubSpot that align with client branding and marketing goals. Update and manage playbooks.
- Data Management: Support data migration, cleansing, and key field organization within contacts and customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Campaign Support: Help design, build, and execute marketing and sales campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, and workflows.
- Training & Documentation: Create and update documentation, user guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot users, helping to resolve any technical issues or questions and drive toward Canidium’s assignment selling objective.
- Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with HubSpot’s latest features and best practices, contributing ideas for continuously improving our HubSpot-related processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HubSpot: Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with data management, including Excel, and basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
