Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter – Entry Level located in Denver. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and assisting with onboarding new hires. The Junior Recruiter will also support the HR team with various administrative tasks and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with candidate sourcing and screening
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and basic technology
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
