Employer Guest Speaker Request Form

To ensure we can accommodate your guest speaker request, please submit your inquiry at least two months prior to your desired meeting date. This lead time allows us to coordinate with you and the speaker and hopefully give the speaker time to secure their availability. Submitting a request within this timeframe helps ensure a successful and well-organized experience for all involved.

By submitting this request, I acknowledge that as a student seeking an introduction to a guest speaker through the Career Management Center (CMC), I agree to:

1. Respond promptly – I will reply to any communication from CMC staff or a potential guest speaker within 48 hours of receiving the initial message.
2. Maintain professionalism – I understand that timely communication is essential for building professional relationships and will ensure that all responses are professional and respectful.

Failure to respond within 48 hours may impact future introduction opportunities.
