To maintain a strong partnership, Career-Ready Clubs must meet the following standards. Please review and check each box to confirm your understanding and commitment.

Must be composed of primarily business students

Must be listed on the COB Clubs and Organizations website

Must attend the beginning-of-semester CMC student organization meeting hosted by the Career Management Center

Must have at least one career-focused guest speaker, presentation, or event each semester

Must post all club meetings and events that are open to all COB students on Rams Connect “COB Student Organizations” event calendar

Must meet one-on-one with CMC staff member (Abby) once per academic year

Must promote CMC events and initiatives within club meetings

Must host the CMC at least once per academic year for a presentation or event announcement in a club meeting

Must respond to CMC requests and inquiries within 48 hours

Request an Event Toolkit Checkout (CSU student nametag printing and night-of check-in for club-hosted events)

Request CMC marketing and promotional support for career-related events and initiatives

Request the CMC to share a club resume book with one company per year

Request the CMC’s support with a “Behind the Business” company tour for your club

Request specific CMC drop-in hours once per semester specifically dedicated to your club members

Request a custom mock interview question set for your club members

Receive a Career-Ready Club designation and badge to be included throughout the CMC website and be referred to as a Career-Ready Club to companies
